I own a bakery in Dallas and I've noticed that when I mail out Priority Mail boxes to addresses in DFW, they often take longer to arrive and get damaged. It's not uncommon for them to take four, five, six, seven, or eight days to get delivered, and sometimes they're completely destroyed or lost.

I've had bad experiences with mail delivery in the DFW area. I always get insurance to protect myself from potential issues.

Staffing is the issue. They don't pay great when you start out, and it's hard to get benefits or a full-time job. If there's no housing development where you are, you're stuck as a temp worker.

In Coppell, it sometimes takes 2-3 weeks to receive mail from the East Coast. This delay is concerning, especially during challenging times when postal workers are operating with reduced staff.

I've never had any packages come late or very damaged when I've received them in Dallas.

I own a small business and I've had to switch to UPS for most of my shipments because of the issues with lost packages, long shipping delays, and damages.
