Décadas: Bringing 70s, 80s, and 90s Nostalgia to Cancún's Parque de las Palapas

Décadas, a cultural event celebrating the music and fashion of the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, is coming to Cancún's Parque de las Palapas on October 17th and 18th. The free event will feature performances, dancing, and local talent, running from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM both days. This is a great opportunity for families and friends to relive cherished memories and discover the music and culture that shaped those decades.

For expats and digital nomads like myself, who have been in Cancún for 8 years, such events can be a delightful way to connect with the local community and share in cultural experiences. However, the noise and heat in the evenings might be a concern for some.
