If you're under 18 and have a valid education institute, you should still be able to participate in ROTC. I finished my third year of university, so I know it's possible. You might need to contact your school or the military liaison to confirm the details. Alternatively, you could enroll in another university or school to complete your education. You still have a couple of years to find a solution. Having completed two years of ROTC will also make it easier to adapt if you're drafted in the future.

Online studies might not be enough to qualify for ROTC, as you need to be part of a school with the ROTC patch. However, if you enroll in a university for just one course, you might be able to get them to send you to ROTC. Keep in mind that this might not work anymore, and if you do enroll in Ramkhamhaeng University, you might end up training at ROTC HQ on weekends.

Moving to Australia a few years earlier might be the simplest solution to your problem.

You can register at Ramkhamhaeng University, which offers open enrollment and might also help you join ROTC.

You can't participate in ROTC until you're 17. But since you're almost done with the program, you can finish it via university and that will be the end of it.
