Fuel crisis in Canggu - will it be resolved by 20th October?

I'm planning a long stay in Bali starting on 20th October, currently living in Russia. I'm concerned about the fuel crisis in Canggu and want to know if it will be resolved by my arrival date.

The fuel crisis is still ongoing, but it might improve soon. The government is trying to resolve the issue, but it's hard to predict when it will be fully resolved.

Hopefully, Monday or Tuesday will be better. The governor has issued a plan to alternate license plates for the next 3 days, which might help reduce the queues. But I live in Tampaksiring, so I'm not sure how it will affect Canggu.
