Zamna Tulum 2027: 10 Days of Celebration and Multipass Tickets on Sale
Ricardo Lozano, a yoga teacher based in Tulum, dives into the upcoming Zamna Tulum 2027 festival, which marks its tenth anniversary. The event runs from December 31, 2026, to January 10, 2027, and is set to be the largest edition yet, bringing the electronic music platform back to the Tulum jungle where it all began.

According to Zamna, the festival will feature a sequence of separate nights, rather than a continuous event. This format, which has been consistent for a decade, allows for a diverse lineup of artists, including past headliners like Black Coffee, Tiësto, and numerous others. The festival also promises a retrospective video, showcasing a decade of performances and destinations, to provide a sneak peek of what to expect.
The second tier of Multipass tickets is now on sale, allowing attendees to choose three event days across the season. However, the full lineup and programming are still under wraps, leaving some uncertainty about the details.
While the festival is a significant event for the local community, it's worth noting that it comes with its own set of challenges. As an expat in Tulum, I've seen firsthand how such large-scale events can impact the town's infrastructure and daily life. The influx of visitors can strain local resources, and it's important for residents to be aware of the potential impacts.
