Can I get packages delivered to Siem Reap?

I've been ordering things from AliExpress for a while now and my last few orders have been delivered by different companies, J&T and Zto. I'm wondering if this means I can order things above $50 without customs again?

I always use Taobao and it works flawlessly. I've never had any issues with delivery, and I've always received my packages from either ZTO or J&T.

I've only ever received packages from ZTO, so I'm not sure what's going on with J&T.

Angkor Wat's delivery company has been switched for standard shipping on occasion. It appears they may have found Cambodia Post's services to be insufficient, leading to a swift change back to their previous provider.

Just use Taobao with the KH99 feature and you'll be good to go.
