What are my options if I miss the last ADO bus from Tulum airport to Playa del Carmen?

We arrive tomorrow from CDMX via Tulum, and scheduled to land around 30 minutes before the last ADO coach to PDC. I did just check to see how much to change flight to CAN instead of Tulum but Viva want MXN $12,000 so decided against it.

We recently took an Uber from Tulum to Playa del Carmen for approximately $35 USD. The driver mentioned that Uber was offering a promotional rate at the time, which was why most drivers weren't accepting rides. However, we happened to be on his route, so we were able to take advantage of the lower price. He also suggested using the Indrive app, which typically costs around $50 USD (or about 1000 Mexican pesos).

I've just installed the Indrive app and checked out some online transfer options. One of them quoted a price of $400 USD, which seemed quite steep. I'm not sure if Uber is available around the airport, but I'll look into it.
