I discovered it last year at Presidente, it's my favorite dessert, and I know it's a seasonal item. I paid around $5 for it last year.

I saw a limited edition pistachio and chocolate flavored panettone at the Bravo in MetroWest, which was a nice surprise.

If you haven't tried chocolate sesame spread or pistachio cream yet, you really need to, especially if you like chocolate and nuts.
