How to find out which AFP I'm affiliated with in La Libertad?
I just started working and I don't remember which AFP I signed up with when I got my DUI, but I think I'm affiliated with one. Can I find out which one and get the information I need?

Try searching your email, I had the same problem and it was just a matter of looking for 'Confia' or 'Crecer' and seeing which one shows up, there aren't many options to lose track of.

You can contact the Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero directly or each of the financial institutions separately. You can also send a WhatsApp message with your details. When you fill out the planilla única on the Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero's webpage, your information will be saved.

Just type in Google 'Consultar AFP afiliacion' and it will show you the SSF's website. Enter your DUI number and birthdate and it will tell you which AFP you're affiliated with.
