How early should we leave Playa San Blas to arrive at Sheraton Hotel for 5:30 AM?

We're catching a bus to Guatemala on a weekday morning. It leaves at 6 am, so we need to arrive at the Sheraton Hotel by 5:30. We have a private driver, but I'd still like to know how early we should leave.

It's not a long drive, but I'd still plan to leave by 4:30am to account for any unexpected traffic. With no traffic, it's roughly a 40-minute drive.
