The Spirit of El Salvador Celebrates Abroad with Festival in London, Canada

La Libertad, El Salvador, The diaspora of Salvadorans in London, Canada, recently came together to celebrate their roots with a festival that showcased the rich traditions, flavors, and cultural pride of their homeland. The event, aptly named “The Spirit of El Salvador in London,” brought together more than 25 local entrepreneurs who offered a taste of Salvadoran cuisine, accessories, perfumes, and other products.

One of the highlights of the festival was the prominence of pupusas, a beloved Salvadoran dish that has become a symbol of national identity. The event also featured traditional dance performances and folkloric presentations, as well as the presence of consular representatives.
