I've been using the desktop banking service for my Bangkok Bank account, but I just found out it's been shut down. I'm not comfortable doing large transfers using mobile banking.

I'm extremely unhappy about this change, as I use the desktop version a lot. I prefer doing my banking on a larger screen. Unfortunately, it seems like this is the new norm.

I'm disappointed that I have to switch to mobile banking now. I'm used to using the LP/Desktop version, which I find more convenient. I've been using it for a long time, and I've gotten quite accustomed to its layout.

Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for banks, even in Thailand. I think it's ridiculous that they're forcing everyone to do their banking on a tiny screen. I wish there were more banks with decent web-based services.

As a Thai citizen, I'm frustrated with mobile banking in Thailand. I bought an Android phone because it offers more control and customization, but banking apps are still a hassle. I'm particularly annoyed that some banks don't allow USB debugging.

The SCB app won't work when a VPN is active, which is a major inconvenience. It's disappointing that banks aren't doing more to address the issue of scam centers in Thailand.
