What are the best neighborhoods for trick or treating in Tampa?

I've recently moved to Tampa for work and my 9-year-old son has never trick-or-treated before. We're looking for a neighborhood with a good atmosphere and plenty of houses to visit on Halloween night. We've only experienced Trunk or Treats and carnivals so far, so any recommendations would be helpful.

West Park Village in Westchase is a popular destination, but it's essential to arrive early due to its massive crowds. I've witnessed firsthand the chaos that ensues when trick-or-treaters descend upon the area.

Tampa Heights is a quiet neighborhood with beautifully decorated homes. The candy distribution is moderate, but the overall atmosphere is exceptional, with a 10/10 aesthetic. Additionally, Armature will likely host daytime activities this year.

Some homes in South Tampa, particularly those closer to Bayshore, go to great lengths to create an immersive experience, offering not only elaborate decorations and candy but also buffet tables with food and alcohol for adults.
