Policía Imputa Cargos en Absencia por Maltrato a Anciano en Loíza

The Department of Justice in Puerto Rico has imputed charges in absentia for elder abuse against Eulélez Vélez Algarín and Roberto Flores Negron, who allegedly used the debit card of an elderly man named Roberto Flores Ramos. The charges were presented by prosecutor José Aponte, and a judge ordered their arrest with a $50,000 bail.

The family has been searching for Flores Ramos since July 2023, after he was last seen on June 30, 2023. The public is urged to provide any information that could help locate these suspects or the missing man.
