How long to get test results at Santo Tomás Hospital?

I've been to Santo Tomás Hospital with my partner, who had an eye issue. We didn't have insurance, so we went to the public hospital. The doctor sent him for a tomography, and we waited for the results, which took over 7 hours. I understand it's a public hospital, but it's a long time to wait for test results.

But you didn't have to wait there... that's evaluated by a doctor, and that person has to evaluate a lot of results. Unless it's a matter of life or death, they won't give you that in less than a day.

That tomography result had to come out with some diagnosis from a specialist, not even a general doctor or intern, it had to be from an ophthalmologist or neurologist, for that exam to come out, not even in a private radiology clinic do they give you a tomography and that's it, it always comes with the opinion of a specialist in that, anyway, be grateful that you were attended to quickly, don't expect more from a public hospital, that's what it is, the social security is the same or worse, but with the only condition that you're forced to pay, which is worse!
