I'm considering a job near 7th Street/Metro Center and I currently live in Los Feliz. I'd be in the office three days a week. Outside work, I train martial arts and would like to try local run clubs. I enjoy lively, walkable areas and being able to get out and meet people.

Little Tokyo is a great place to live, especially if you enjoy trying different restaurants. It's a lively area with a mix of cultures. While it can get a bit sketchy, it's generally safe after 8 or 9 pm. The area around Hikari, AVA, Sakura crossing, and Wakaba is particularly nice.

Little Tokyo is a great place to live, with attractions like the Japanese American National Museum and Union Station nearby. You can also easily access the Gold Line to Pasadena and the subway.

Little Tokyo is a safer area, but it's also more crowded and lively. The Arts District is within walking distance, making it a convenient option for those who want to explore the area.
