I'm craving Vitta hot dogs, which my family used to buy at a store in Ayutuxtepeque back in the 2000s. My mom made me a hot dog with a Vitta sausage last night, and it tasted just like the ones I had when I was a kid. She bought the sausage at Selectos, but I'm not sure if they're still available there.

I think the carts are gone, but you can still find Vitta sausages at Walmart.

I found a hot dog cart at the Río Soto ice cream shop in Chalatenango. Their hot dogs are delicious and topped with a variety of condiments.

I remember seeing hot dog carts at the exit of Despensa de Don Juan.

About 2 or 3 years ago, I saw a hot dog cart outside Fudem on Boulevard del Ejército. I'm not sure if it's still there. I also remember seeing it at Despensa de Don Juan in Unicentro.
