I've tried explaining my issue several times to Chat bot (personal agent) and all it does is keep repeating the same generic steps. When I say, “I need a human agent,” it actually stops letting me type and forces me to choose from a random list of issues!

To resolve the issue, try speaking with a customer service representative three times, regardless of their initial response. Each time, ask to speak with a human, and then do the same again.

For us, the only effective way to reach customer support has been through Twitter.

To access the customer service representative, navigate through the IVR by pressing 2 for English, then 1 to confirm, followed by 1 or 2 for billing options, and finally 9 to reach the representative.
