Try Big Rock brewery if you need a keg of beer in Calgary. They sell Alberta Genuine Draft, which should work for you. You can walk in and walk out with a keg readily available.

See their display at 544 Crescent Road NW. This is a pretty decent time.

Dynamic YYC offers manual manipulation, strength and training based physio, which is exactly what I was looking for when I needed to work through lifting related issues. They also have a full setup at Evolve gym in Royal Oak, which allows for a wide range of exercises to be done.

Carburn Park is a great green space nearby, where you can take your little one for walks and spend time outdoors. The park is located in Riverbend, and has bike paths and a river nearby, making it a great place to explore.

My cat has ear issues, highly recommend Calgary Cat Clinic. The vet was very thorough and it was actually a really affordable appointment. I'm not sure what their prices are for fixing cats, you could call and ask. I had my last cat fixed at Deerfoot vet for something like $250.

Foothills Medical Centre has a top-tier labour and delivery experience with private and spacious delivery rooms, complete with a couch for the partner, private washroom and shower. While postpartum rooms are semi-shared, the hospital is worth considering for its excellent care and amenities, especially for high-risk or complicated deliveries.

Seton YMCA is attached to a branch of the Library. It is tremendous and has all kinds of places to sit. There is a cafe there but there's no requirement to purchase. Places to sit outside, inside, in the library itself... you can watch the various pools and the hockey rink. It's a lovely, spacious, clean space built in 2019 and it's a nice place to spend time.

For reasonably priced custom stuff, Huey Lam is great. Located in Calgary, Huey Lam offers a great selection for those looking for mid-high quality men's work apparel.

The Glenmore area has some of the most beautiful city parks in Calgary, and it's a great place to explore on bike. Grab some bikes and head to the riverside to see what Calgary has to offer, and take advantage of our central library which is cooler than Toronto's.

Got my dress at Blush & Raven and couldn't recommend it more. It's a great place for a fun and relaxing experience, especially for someone with sensory issues.

Metal Supermarkets is a good place to start looking for custom metal weights. You can source brass half-round stock or have round stock cut in half lengthwise. They may be able to cut the stock to the lengths you need, as per the customer's requirements. You can visit their website or check their store in Calgary for more information.
