I've been noticing it's been really dry in Dallas lately, and I'm worried about the streets when it rains. Should we be concerned about flooding?

I'm planning to ride DART from the White Rock station to Mockingbird station and then take the red line all the way to the end of Plano, and return around 9:30pm. I've noticed there are a lot of homeless people in the last station in Plano, so I'm a bit concerned about safety. I'm trying to save some wear and tear on my car, and it'll also save me some dollars on gas.

I'm dropping off and picking up my girlfriend from AAC for a concert in a couple of days. She is going alone so I don't want her to have to walk super far by herself at night.

I was stuck in traffic on the DNT going south on Friday and it was completely shut down due to construction. I'm frustrated because I could have been working the extra two hours I spent trying to get back to my desk.
