How do I book a room at Royalton Riviera

How do I book a room at Royalton Riviera through Marriott?

We're looking at booking a 2-bedroom swimout at Royalton Riviera for spring break with our family of 5. I found out that booking through Marriott is 2k cheaper than booking directly through Royalton's website. I'd like to know what I'm missing here, since rooms are available on both sites and the rooms seem similar.

We spent a wonderful vacation with our family of four at this resort a few years ago. The Diamond Club swim-out upgrade was well worth it, as the exceptional service left us completely satisfied. Our personal butlers handled all our dining reservations with ease.
