I'm looking to buy a townhouse and would love some local recommendations on neighborhoods. I was initially considering downtown condos but shifted my search toward townhouses outside of downtown.

Areas with the most desirable locations will likely be situated on the left side of the city, which also tend to be more expensive.

We reside in the Banff Trail/Capital Hill area. Depending on where you live, either stop is within a 10-15 minute walk to the train. There's a Safeway and library nearby Lions Park, and the neighborhood is generally quiet.

That's great to hear. I've also heard positive things about that area, and having SAIT nearby might make it easier to find a roommate if I decide to rent out a room.
