I went to the Black Keys concert there this past summer and it was great. The sound was good, but there were a few drawbacks - the merchandise lines were too long, and when the concert ended, there was a very crowded narrow way out.

My partner and I were in VIP standing for the Black Keys in June and it was an amazing experience. Depending on the price, I'd definitely go for it.

I saw City and Colour last year and the sound was just okay, but the ventilation was pretty bad - they had to open a side door because a couple of people passed out.

The sound quality was surprisingly good, and if you're a die-hard fan, the VIP experience might be worth it - it essentially gives you access to the first 20 feet of the floor, separated by a security fence. The VIP also includes nicer bathrooms in trailers located near the side exits, which I discovered after the show. The venue itself is quite large and well-designed, with plenty of drink options available, although there was an occasional whiff of horse manure.
