The Chearavanont family, Thailand's second-richest family, gave a 98-square-metre luxury condominium to the family of young Thai rocker Nene Royal. The price of this condo is 34 million baht, which is equivalent to getting a bigger unit in the CBD area or even a penthouse in older buildings.

This condo, Forrestia, is a high-end condo development plagued by problems, including District Cooling System issues. The company is giving it away for publicity, as it's not selling well.
