We're heading back to Puerto Vallarta in January and want to explore beyond the 5 de diciembre/centro neighbourhood where we usually stay. We've been coming to PV for about a decade now and have found some great taco carts and hole-in-the-wall places for chilaquiles, birria, and al pastor tacos, but we haven't ventured very far north of there.
