How do I return or exchange shoes I bought online from Amazon that don't fit?

I recently bought two pairs of barefoot shoes from Amazon, but they ended up being too tight in both length and width. I think I should have ordered a larger size.

You can request a return or exchange directly through Amazon, which will send a courier to pick up the item from your home in Panama City. They offer free returns with DHL.

It depends on the shipping cost. If you order over $49, you get free shipping. But if not, you have to pay for shipping. Also, be aware that if the total value is over $70-$75, you'll have to pay import taxes.

To avoid this in the future, measure your foot in centimeters and then check the size chart for the shoes to find the corresponding measurement in centimeters.
