I'm planning to buy a bouquet for my friend's birthday and I'm not familiar with the area. I want to know where to park, the best time to go, and which flower vendors have the best prices.

The Flower District is great for buying flowers in bulk and arranging them yourself, but it might not be the best option for a single bouquet. Trader Joe's might be a better choice if you want a little bit of everything.

If you're only looking to spend $25, you might want to consider visiting a different store. The DTLA vendors are great for bulk purchasing, but you might not find the best deals for a single bouquet, and some of them offer discounts for purchases over $50.

I highly recommend checking out a small flower shop on the corner of a street in Downtown LA. They have beautiful arrangements for under $20, and some of them even look like cute animals.
