I'm moving my family of 5 to Los Angeles next year after living in upstate NY. I've shopped at Wegmans pretty much exclusively my whole life. The areas I'm looking to live (Fullerton, Pasadena, Long Beach) seem to have so many different grocery stores.

I live in the LA County, close to Harbor City, and I'm used to going to Kaiser for all my medical needs. I'm switching to a new company that only offers Anthem Blue Cross PPO, and I'm not sure what to expect. I'm worried about finding doctors and getting lab and pharmacy services in the same building, like I do at Kaiser. I also have weekly mental health appointments, which were covered by Kaiser without any extra cost. Can anyone tell me about their experience with Blue Cross PPO, especially with Cedar Sinai or Harbor UCLA?

I've been a lifelong LA resident, working in hospitality, and I'm looking to see a concert at The Wiltern in early Feb 2027. I've never been there before, so I'm curious about the venue, ideal seats, and other considerations.

I'm visiting LA for the first time from Oct 17th-Oct 20th by myself. I want to visit Santa Monica Pier, do a whale tour near Long Beach, visit Rodeo Drive/Beverly Hills, and do the Griffith Observatory. I've secured a rental for $90 for my entire stay, plus gas and parking.

I've heard conflicting advice about El Niño, some saying to prepare for serious flooding and outages, while others think the warnings are overblown. I'd like to know what's actually worth preparing for.

My landlord in Pasadena wants to sell the condo we're renting and is offering us a buyout. The city's notice says the minimum amount they can offer is $11,895, but I've read that the average buyout this year has been $25,000. Should we review this with a tenant lawyer before making a decision?

I'm visiting LA for a week in October and staying in North Hollywood with a car. I'm open to exploring, but would love some suggestions for restaurants, places to hike, museums, beaches, dispensaries, and overall just places to experience.
