Nijiya market is the best value for quality if you're mainly concerned with price. I've been going there for years and it's always a good option.

Sushi Koo used to be one of the cheapest options on the westside, but I'm not sure if it's still around.

I remember when Sushi Mac changed its name to Sushi Koo; back then, you could get a roll for $3, which was a pretty low price.
