My wife will be working in Abu Dhabi, Al Nahyan area, but I'll be traveling to Dubai daily. I'm looking for a 1-bedroom apartment within my budget (AED 60-80K/year) with dedicated parking and street parking for the second car, near a supermarket or walkable neighborhood areas.
