Consider taking a bike tour to cenotes out of Chemuyil with Cenotik. It's a great way to experience the local gems beyond the touristy areas. You can also visit Coba and take a guided tour or rent bikes to explore on your own. If you don't have a rental car, colectivos are a convenient option to get to both places.

November is a great time to visit Tulum. Some of my favorite activities include touring the Tulum ruins, snorkeling at Playa Pescadores, and visiting Cenote Dos Ojos. I also recommend checking out Laguna Kaan Luum and Cenote Corazón del Paraíso, which are nearby and offer a peaceful atmosphere. If you're interested in exploring the Cobá ruins, be sure to visit a cenote or two in the area. Xcaret park is also worth a visit, especially if you can stay for the evening show. Lastly, the downtown area will be decorated for the season, making it a fun place to walk around.
