La Isla

La Isla is a 'Fast-REAL-Food' Café offering a variety of smoothies, cold-pressed juices, hearty soups, homemade milks, baked sweets, and all-day brunch and lunch specials with fresh whole food ingredients locally sourced whenever possible. Workspaces available to rent by day, week or month. We are also a Zero Waste store carrying household products, personal care products and other essential pantry items, all available in bulk for the customer to refill their own containers or mesh bags. We offer yoga classes, on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:30pm
