You got on the tram near the Plaza de España at 4.15 holding a bunch of sunflowers so big you had to turn sideways to fit through the door. I was in the seat by the window, trying not to laugh. You sat down, the sunflowers took up half the carriage, and everyone made room without a word. A man handed you a rubber band....
