Can I finish my apartment in Panama City's Gris neighborhood on my own terms?
I bought an apartment in Gris, Panama City, 13 years ago. The project was delayed, and the developer kept asking for more money for various reasons. They want me to pay them to finish the apartment, but I want to do it myself. Can anyone help me understand my options?
