In June and July, I browsed Zillow listings in the SoDo area and discovered a 1-bedroom apartment for $1400, with utilities included. To find a more affordable option, consider expanding your search radius.

From my experience in property management, I've seen that many Orlando rentals are either located in undesirable areas, poorly managed, or feature run-down, moldy conditions. This seems to be a symptom of late-stage capitalism. The use of RealPage for pricing rentals on Zillow has contributed to inflated prices and a scarcity of affordable options.
