How often does a major hospital network like AdventHealth stop being covered by UnitedHealthcare?

I've been getting emails from AdventHealth about them no longer being in network with UHC, and it makes no sense that such a large hospital network wouldn't be covered by one of the largest insurers.

I've experienced this type of situation firsthand with Orlando Health and United Healthcare a couple of years ago. It was a frustrating and drawn-out process.
