Least convoluted way to get from Puebla Airport to CDMX?
I'm flying into Puebla but staying in CDMX. My flight gets in bright and early, 6am on a Saturday. I'm staying in Escandón. I will have one carry-on and a small backpack. I've heard there's no direct way to get up to CDMX from the airport, so I'm looking for the best option.

From CAPU, you can take the ADO bus to CDMX. Alternatively, the ER bus is also available. Once in CDMX, consider using Uber instead of navigating the subway with your luggage. Be aware that many subway stations lack functioning escalators, and some stations only have stairs. A private shuttle service is available, but it comes with a hefty price tag of around USD $200.

Taking an Uber or taxi to Paseo Destino is a better option than going to CAPU. From Paseo Destino, you can catch the ebus, which has a route that takes you to Mexico City. This route drops you off very close to Escandón.
