LA County Business License

LA County Business License is a County government office that issues County Business Licenses to businesses in the unincorporated area of the County or in the cities of Malibu, Santa Clarita, or Westlake Village. The Treasurer and Tax Collector administers the Business License Program, which is regulatory in nature and not a tax calculated on the gross receipts of a business. The fees charged for a County Business License are developed to recover the actual costs of administering and enforcing the program.
