What is the best airline for a one-stop flight from LA to Da Nang?

I'm trying to decide on the best airline for a 1 stop flight from Los Angeles to Da Nang. I've heard good things about EVA air, Korean Air, Singapore Air, and possibly Philippine Airlines. Can anyone recommend one of these airlines or suggest an alternative?

I've flown on all three of these airlines and would rank them in order of quality of plane, food, and customer service as Singapore Air, EVA, and then Korean Air. However, Singapore Air had the longest layover, while EVA had the best timing.

I didn't like Korean Air because the plane I was on was dated and the food options were not as good as the other two airlines.

I would also recommend Philippine Airlines. They offer a short layover in Manila, where you can grab some food, and their flights into and out of Da Nang offer meals. They use both older and newer planes, so it's worth looking into.

Starlux was also a great option for me, flying from LAX to TPE to DAD.

As a One World Emerald, I've enjoyed flying Cathay Pacific from LAX to HKG to DAD, which can get you to Da Nang in as little as 17 hours.
