Why does the Website always autofills “JERMAN” and not “GERMAN” when I scan my passport?

I've been trying to get my coworking space up and running in Seminyak, but this little issue has been driving me crazy. I've scanned my passport to fill in my details on the website, but it always autofills 'JERMAN' instead of 'GERMAN'.
