I received my ticket on August 15th and I've been checking the system, but it doesn't show the option to pay. There are 288 people supposed to show up to court for that date, and I'll be missing work.

Showing up on a busy day might be beneficial. Judges often dismiss cases when their docket is heavy, and if your officer doesn't appear, they may simply ask you to plead not guilty and that's it.

Fulton county's online portal can be finicky, but sometimes a glitch will resolve itself after a few days, leaving you to try again.

Check the citation for a telephone number. You may be able to get more information about payment or even pay the fine over the phone.

These questions arise frequently, but the underlying reason is often unclear. A 'document charge' is typically issued when you need to provide proof that you've fixed the problem. This applies to charges like no insurance, no driver's license, and others. Once you show proof of correction, they usually work with you to resolve the issue.
