I've been looking for food grade mineral oil to condition my wood cutting board, but it's not easily available in pharmacies as laxative. I'd like to know where to find a safe one for my cutting board.

Have you tried using baby oil? It's mineral oil. Alternatively, you can find oil for cutting boards at IKEA.

I used to purchase cutting board oil from IKEA, but they've discontinued the product. You can find alternatives on Shopee by searching for 'น้ำมันขาว' or 'น้ำมันแก้ว'.

Unfortunately, IKEA no longer sells cutting board oil. I'm looking for a reputable store on Shopee that sells mineral oil.

Thais don't condition their cutting boards.

I've noticed that cutting boards are often not conditioned in humid environments.

You don't necessarily need to use mineral oil to condition your cutting board. Other oils like linseed oil or walnut oil can also work.

I prefer mineral oil because it's less likely to oxidize and go rancid compared to other oils.
