Buying a Rolex Datejust in Dubai: Realistic Chance of Getting One?

I've been eyeing a Rolex Datejust in stainless steel, with a fluted bezel, Jubilee bracelet, and blue dial for a while now. I was thinking of visiting the authorized dealer at Mall of the Emirates, but I'm not sure what to expect in terms of availability. Has anyone had experience buying a Rolex from this particular AD? Is there a realistic chance of getting one as a first-time buyer, or should I expect a long waitlist?
