My family is visiting Da Nang and we're staying near Khu nhà hàng ven biển on the roads of Hà Bòng. I'd like to know if it's safe to walk around at night in that area.

While Ha Bong has numerous massage places, the area is generally safe, particularly in the northern section near the FUTA apartments. However, it's worth noting that the atmosphere can change at night.
