All American Medical Supply
$$$
健康与养生empty string •Rocio Ibarra

It has great reviews as one of the better medical supply stores in Chicago, and places specializing in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) usually stock 'tall walking boots.'

Just be sure to call ahead to confirm they have the 'tall version' in your size, rather than just the 'short version.'
