How do I report drivers who don't stop when signalling to walk on Centre Street?

I'm tired of drivers who keep driving after clearly seeing me attempting to walk. At least once a week there is a driver that does this, and cars go too fast for me to take a photo of.

I'm familiar with this issue. On Centre Street in Calgary, there are several clearly marked crosswalks, but drivers still speed through. It's astonishing that they disregard the signals.

To ensure your safety, make eye contact with drivers and confirm they've stopped before stepping into a crosswalk. Don't assume other vehicles will stop just because the ones closest to you have.
