Why do so many condos in Bangkok not have a Balcony? Make it make sense please?
I'm currently hunting for a new home in Bangkok and I've noticed that many condos don't have balconies. I'm trying to understand why this is the case.

If you prioritize having a balcony, look for a condo that offers this feature. In Bangkok's climate, dryers aren't as practical, as your clothes will dry quickly in the warm and sunny conditions, making a balcony a convenient alternative for air-drying.

I've been here since 2002 and I can tell you that dryers are not common in condos because of the space and weight issues. Also, condos are often investment vehicles and the developers don't want to spend more than they need to on outfitting them.

For me, a balcony is non-negotiable when looking for a condo. I'd rather have a smaller space with a balcony than a larger space without one.
