I think you'll struggle to find sugar-free yogurt, but the MilkUp coconut yogurt is a good option.

You could try ordering directly from the manufacturer or using a same-day delivery service. However, I'm not sure if it works the same way in Bali.

If you're not just passing through, making your own yogurt is incredibly simple. It takes around 10 minutes to prepare, and you'll have a liter of good yogurt the next morning. You can use a yogurt maker, which costs around 50,000 rupiah, or use a starter culture from a previous batch of yogurt. If you want thicker yogurt, you can add milk powder to the mixture, but be careful when using milk powder in Indonesia, as some brands contain a lot of sugar and may not declare it properly.

Amed is a small village, and you're unlikely to find a wide range of products there. If you're looking for a better selection of imported goods, you might want to head to Ubud.

I've been to Amed recently, and while it's still a relatively small village, it has a lot of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets catering to foreign tourists. It's not a traditional Indonesian village anymore, and it's been that way for around 15 years. I'm not sure I'd want to brave Ubud traffic for yogurt, though.
