Austin Traffic Cameras: Do any record footage?

I was hit by a driver who ran a red light on North Loop & Guadalupe on 9/22/26. The driver is denying it and I'm trying to get evidence to support my claim. I've learned that Austin's traffic cameras don't record footage, but I'm wondering if any of them do.
