Nordstrom Rack

Nordstrom Rack is my personal favorite and you 100% should be able to find pants at Old Navy.

It's located in the Buckhead Station shopping center, which also has a TJ Maxx, Saks Off Fifth, Bloomingdale's Outlet, and DSW.
